How Natural Remedies Cure Stretch Marks?

Stretch marks are common skin problem in women where linear scars are found on the body. It is generally developed during pregnancy or during puberty due to the excess skin stretching. Sudden weight gain is quite often observed prior to the development of stretch marks.

Initially these marks are red or purple which becomes white or silver as time passes and become very difficult to get rid of. So, early treatment is very essential.

Below are some natural remedies for stretch marks:

  • Consume healthy and nutritional foods which will keep your body healthy. You should also drink enough water to keep yourself hydrated. It will give you best results to maintain healthy skin and overcome stretch marks. Fresh fruits and vegetables are the best food choice. Cold water fish also plays role in skin health.
  • Vitamin A, C, K, E and minerals such as zinc plays key role in many body functions and are also helpful in keeping your skin healthy.
  • Regular exercise keeps our body fresh and healthy. Stretching exercises are especially helpful in reducing scars of stretch marks. Due to physical activity, metabolism and blood circulation improves and thus proper supply of blood to all body organs including skin is achieved.
